I have been seeing alllll kinds of things in my Facebook and Instagram feeds lately about the importance of water drinking.
Listen, I know it’s important, but I’ve just never been a water drinker…but that’s about to change!
Every time I stop drinking soda and stick to water, I feel so much better. And how can I possibly set a good example for my kids if I never want to drink it myself?
So this week, I ran across this article, and the PHOTO was AMAZING! So I decided I would do my OWN water challenge for 30 days to see what my before and after photo looked like!
