I for one love my ProFit first thing in the mornings. I hate it when I am running late or just get busy and forget to have it in the morning b/c I just love them! If you want some added fiber (to help you feel fuller longer), some extra energy, and some extra antioxidants—try Chia Seeds . Just a few in your shake will go a long way, and will up your healthy intake for the day a TON! They are SO good for you! Definitely worth every penny!
