Have you been hearing a lot about the positivity movement? Reciting positive affirmations?
“Just be positive”, you hear people say. When sometimes all you can think is, “how can I even THINK about thinking positive!?”. Sometimes life gets tricky, and it’s hard to keep your head in the right place.
Well, something that I have learned is that positive affirmations can REALLY help change your mindset so that it automatically clicks over to the positive, even in some of life’s hardest situations.
What are positive affirmations?
Positive affirmations are a series of words and phrases that subconsciously focus your mind on the good outlook of your life, your being, and your mind. When you can repeat them or listen to them while meditating, they seep into your mind. This allows your subconscious to start inserting positivity into your life when you need it most.
Trading the negative for the positive affirmations!
I am reading a book titled, “The Holographic Universe” in which they state that our mental state is just as important as our physical state. Meaning that our brain and being has a lot of power over how our physical world plays out. Having the right mindset can cure dis-ease, right a wrong frame of mind, and essentially “fix” the world. Our minds are powerful! We just have to get them right!
A great way to do this is with positive affirmations. Listening to them, believing them, visualizing them.
