Boil your eggs for 8 minutes
Run eggs under cool water for a few minutes to cool them enough to handle
Place one egg inside a glass cup or mug with about 1/2 cup of cool water
Shake cup vigorously, allowing the egg to bang up against the sides of the cup until you hear that the shell is well broken
Remove egg from cup and pinch a small portion of the shell and remove the entire shell in one piece.
Rinse egg of any remaining tiny shell pieces
