Hey guys! How have you been!? I’ve been doing PHENOMENALLY! If you’ve been keeping up with my blog, you know that I take It Works Global’s ThermoFit, Greens, Fat Fighter, and Vitals daily. I know, I know, it sounds like a lot of stuff, but it’s really pretty simple when you get into the habit every day! It’s also pretty simple when you realize how good everything is for you and how much better it makes you feel! I’ve felt amazing the last couple of months while taking everything! It’s become a lifestyle change for me, and I feel younger and more vibrant EVERY SINGLE DAY!
So, I’m going a little out of order on this next post. I actually added our Confianza to my daily regimen next, but I just can’t wait any longer to talk to you guys about our Ultimate ProFit! I’ve done Slim Fast and the Special K diet—basically any meal replacement with a shake diets out there—and they just don’t work. The shakes taste horrible, you don’t feel full after you drink one, and they basically leave you wanting more. So you try to be good for a couple of hours, but by the time you decide to eat, you’re ravenous!!! So you eat everything in sight….ok, maybe that’s just me??
So when I found out that we had a shake, I just thought, “no,I wont like it. It’ll taste like sawdust. It wont fill me up. I’m not buying any.”. Then my friend had some, and she let me try the Rich Chocolate Ultimate ProFit….Oh.Em.GEE! It was so SO SO VERY GOOD!
So I bought some! 🙂 At first, I was drinking it in water, but then I discovered the wonder of vanilla rice milk! I’m a texture person, so if it was too thick, I wasnt going to like it. So almond milk or soy milk or regular milk were out of the question. Rice milk is much thinner, and it is PERFECT! Heaven in a glass! I actually find myself…when I have a craving for something sweet, I normally grab a ProFit. Even over the cookies or brownies on the counter!
Now, get this. I like our chocolate and our vanilla ProFit—just mixed with water. I love them both even more mixed with vanilla rice milk….but heaven help me, there are RECIPES! GOOD recipes! I can basically eat banana splits, reese cups, and fudge for breakfast, among other things! *SCORE*!

I literally do not go a SINGLE day without a ProFit shake! Actually….I’m going to cut this post just a little short and go make one right now! What’s that you say? It’s late at night and you shouldn’t eat this late? Oh, no, ProFit is so good for me and so low calorie, I’m doing myself a favor grabbing it right now! (Shoot, if I’m being honest, if I DIDN’T go grab a ProFit, I’d find myself with my hand in the cookie jar! And we KNOW that’s no good just before bedtime!)
