Watching this video will probably answer most of your technical questions about how to apply the wraps, so I wanted to get into some more of the details real quick so that you’re completely informed. 🙂
How To Use The It Works Body Wraps…the 411
You can see how to apply the wraps, so I’ll skip over that part 😉
But it’s also important to know a few other things about these skinny wraps as well. A checklist, if you will.
- Make sure that the area you want to wrap is free of any soaps or lotions. You want your skin to be clear and free of anything that could cause blocked pores.
- Be sure to exfoliate the area.
- Grab your smart phone and take a before photo from multiple angles.
- Grab a bottle of water.
- Apply the wrap, lotion side down. Use saran wrap, Fab Wrap, or a form fitting tank to hold it to the skin. DO NOT make this tight! You want your skin to still be able to breathe.
- Wear the wrap for a minimum of 45 minutes.
- Be sure to drink 1/2 of your weight in ounces of water.
- IE a 140 pound woman should take in about 70 ounces of water (or 8 glasses). This is the recommended amount of water whether wrapping or not to be considered healthy. Don’t skip the water. This step is the most crucial.
- Take after photos from the same angles as your 1st set of photos.
- Continue drinking half of your weight in ounces of water for a full 72 hours. The wrap continues working in your system for 3 days.
- Take after photos from the same angles as your 1st and 2nd set of photos.
A couple of IMPORTANT notes about how to use the It Works body wraps…
It’s not all about seeing instant results. You may have seen some pretty amazing transformations, but the wraps don’t work that way for every body type. Your lifestyle has a lot to do with what the wraps can accomplish for you.
- FOUR wraps is a FULL TREATMENT. If you don’t complete 4 in the recommended time frame, you can diminish your results.
- Skinny isn’t always accomplished with a measuring tape or scales. Pay attention to your skin’s texture as well as overall tightness. Our wraps are available to TIGHTEN, TONE, and FIRM the SKIN. When you look for those results, you will see them…every time.
- You can’t fill your body with a bunch of junk and expect them to work. Just like you can’t eat like a whale and expect a few crunches a day to give you abs. It’s just not the way anything works.
Some of that may seem harsh, but it’s just a little tough love. I want to set you up for success…and that includes being realistic about what to expect. You will see a tighter, toner, firmer area. Hands down. So get excited! This is just the jump-start you need to your sexy summer beach body! 😀
