One of the biggest ways to curb your appetite is to make sure that you are getting your recommended daily amounts of water. Water intake is directly related to feeling full or feeling hungry! If you have had all of your water, you are less likely to be hungry between meals. Another trick involving water intake is to make sure you drink a nice large glass of water before each meal. This teaches your body to notice the full feeling which will trigger you to stop eating when your belly is actually full!
Another appetite reducer is to make sure you’re getting enough protein and fiber. Both of these keep you feeling fuller longer so that you don’t feel hungry!
