You ask yourself daily, “How can I lose my baby weight?”
At least I did! After my second baby, the weight just didn’t fall off like it did with my first! My skin was saggy, and I had extra weight everywhere. I hated it! Don’t get me wrong, I lost 15 of the 30 I gained, but we all know that last 10-15 lbs is the WORST! I didn’t look awful, but I was used to being a solid size 7…and I was wearing 11. 🙁 Now, 11 is NOT big by any means, but for me…it felt big b/c I wasn’t use d to it! I wanted back to my old self! I wanted to know how i could lose my baby weight!
So I kept asking myself, how can I lose my baby weight!?
I had tried all sorts of diets, exercised a little (b/c lets face it, not any of us like to exercise….ESPECIALLY if we’re carrying a few extra pounds!)…nothing would take off those last couple pounds. Not to mention, I was eating like a new mom of two! On the go…a cracker here, cheesecake there, cookie there….My eating habits were a DISASTER! So I was unhealthy and overweight.
