If you’re like me, you deal with technology all day. I may work from home and have the freedom to come and go as I please, but that doesn’t mean I don’t spend a lot of time on my phone/computer (by choice!) 🙂

I’m always looking for quick, easy ways to burn calories!

I think when we think about calorie burning, we think we need big long workouts and intense cardio, and while that’s great for our bodies, it’s not always practical for our schedules.

It helps me to understand that calories can be burned in simple ways too.

Laughter

Kissing (ooo-la-la!)

Dancing

Are just a few fun easy ways to burn calories that we tend to forget about!

Even just clicking over to YouTube and finding a song that’s been stuck in our heads, cranking the volume, and rockin’ it out for a few minutes can help knock some of those calories outta the water. Movement is key!

And not only movement, but warming our body up! 🙂

Easy ways to burn calories don’t have to be rocket science!

You can lift light-weight weights at your desk. Heck, you can even lift cans of food if you don’t have weights.

Take a brisk walk.

Stand up and do some jumping jacks a couple times a day.

Change out your normal coffee or soda for water once a day (tricky right? You don’t actually BURN calories there, but you’re still knocking calories out!)

Walk the dog, dance with the kids, mow the lawn with a push mower.

I think we get so sucked into thinking we have to go to the gym to really get a good workout in, and that’s simply not true. We can really find easy ways to burn calories all around us if we just get creative!

The hard part is taking the first step, but once we’re up and moving or making the change, it gets pretty addicting! Healthy actions have a way of doing that. We start reluctantly, but once we realize how much better we feel, it’s much easier to keep up with!

Easy ways to burn calories…what about healthy supplements?

There are a lot of health and weight loss supplements on the market, and there are a lot of great natural ones to boot! It’s important that you do your research and find the one that’s right for you.

One that I personally love and recommend is Thermofit. It’s a natural supplement that really works with your body to help you naturally burn calories! And, well, since that’s what this whole post is about…I couldn’t leave it out!

I personally dropped 7 dress sizes with the help of Thermofit, so I can’t recommend it enough 🙂 While it isn’t for everyone, if you do need a boost to help cut calories, this is a great, healthy supplement. It might be one of the easiest ways to burn calories I’ve ever known.
